Worlds of Words is excited to announce our second professional development workshop!

On November 8, 2008 in the International Collection of Children and Adolescent Literature’s main reading room (104 University of Arizona College of Education) we hosted Exploring Middle Eastern Culture and Arabic Language through Children’s Literature for K-8 educators. Workshop participants can earn five hours of professional development credit.

      Exploring a Sense of Belonging through Literature

      We are excited to announce a special children’s literature mini-conference on Thursday, March 11, 4:00-9:00 p.m. in the Kiva, College of Education, University of Arizona. The conference is free and open to the public and Professional Development Credit is available for teachers.
