LET’S DRAW COMICS! Learn how to create your own comics in this drawing workshop with Nate Evans, creator of Cookiesaurus Rex and his newest graphic novel, Tyrannosaurus Ralph. Nate Evans is the New York Times best-selling author/illustrator of more than forty children’s books. The former greeting card artist is now a middle school art teacher and loves to share his passion for books with his students.

The University of Arizona Bookstore offers books for sale and autographing during this event. The workshop includes two free hours of professional development for teachers.

Free parking is available at the surface parking lot north of the intersection of First and Vine. Paid parking is available at the Second St. Garage next door to the College of Education. Located just off of the 2nd St. streetcar stop.
